 Head Gear Required, hair covers  not required, if worn must be attached to the head and mouth pieces for braces are required as per rules.

This is a  Virginia Residents only event

$40 foR grades 9-12 and $30 for Grades k-8

NO 8Th Grade Allowed in Sundays All States Event

Admission: $10 Adults, Children $5, USAW Wrestling Leader/Coach Card Free. Spectator and Admission Tickets are on sale door online. $5 Price increase at the door

Master Weekend Schedule for the VACW Events March 11-12, 2023

On Site Weigh Ins Only at the VA Beach Field House. Any wrestler without a weight listed in Trackwrestling after weigh ins, will be eliminated without a refund. Must be checked 1 hour before wrestling starts.
All events are scratch weight
 
Wednesday March 1ST
Noon- Early registration deadline due for:
For K-8 $30. Beginning; March 2nd it will be $40
For High School rades $40; March 2nd it will be $50
Friday March 10th
10am Deadline for Registration to all Saturday divisions
 
Weigh ins: For anyone wrestling Saturday and Sunday
3-4pm : $20 Early Weigh ins and Must be registered before 3/10
6pm-7pm- Regular Weigh-ins for any age group
  • Late sign-ups for wrestling $50 for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Divisions  (This counts for Sunday if they are doing both Saturday and Sunday events)
  • Late sign-ups for wrestling $50 For Grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8 Divisions

7:30- Building opens- WE WILL NOT BE SIGNING UP NEW REGISTRATIONS. MUST BE DONE BY FRIDAY NIGHT
7:30-8am - $10 Last minute late weigh ins for wrestlers K-2, 3-5, 6-8 Grades who did not make it to Friday night.
10:00am - Wrestling starts for Grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8 Divisions Only

Weights 100 (freshman only),106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 157, 165, 175, 190, 215, 285 ( scratch weight)
12:00pm - Building opens for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior States Wrestlers. Last minute sign ups $70 (includes late weigh in)
12:00pm-12:30pm - $10 Last minute late weigh ins for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Divisions who have not weighed in. (This counts for Sunday if they are doing both Saturday and Sunday events)
2:30pm – Wrestling begins for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior States Wrestlers
5:00-6:00pm – Weigh ins For ALL VIRGINIA STATES (Sunday) – Late registration $60
 

Everyone must wear a singlet or shorts for weigh ins- do not attempt to weigh in with undergarments please.

All Friday or Saturday weigh ins count for Sunday's Super States

IF YOU WANT TO BE IN BOTH THE FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORE OR JUNIOR EVENT ALONG WITH THE SUPER STATES, YOU MUST LOG IN AGAIN AND REGISTER AGAIN, BUT BE SURE TO SELECT THE 2022 VACW ALL VIRGINIA STATES EVENT THAT WILL BE ON SUNDAY ONLY
