USAW Wrestling Leader/Coach Card $5 for Coaching on the mat is paid at the door. (must show Dr. Lic)
On Site Weigh Ins Only at the VA Beach Field House. Any wrestler without a weight listed in Trackwrestling after weigh ins, will be eliminated without a refund. Must be checked 1 hour before wrestling starts.
All events are scratch weight
Monday March 4th
10pm- Early registration deadline due for:
K-8: $30 until March 4th after10pm it will be $40.
High School grades $40 until March 4th after 10pm it will be $50.
Friday March 8th
10am: Deadline for Registration to all Saturday divisions
Weigh ins: For anyone wrestling Saturday and Sunday
3-4pm : $20 Early Weigh ins and Must be registered before 3/10
6pm-7pm- Regular Weigh-ins for any age group

SCHEDULE:
12:00pm - Building opens for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior States Wrestlers. Last minute sign ups $70 (includes late weigh in)
12:00-12:30pm - $10 Last minute late weigh ins for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Divisions who have not weighed in. (This counts for Sunday if they are doing both Saturday and Sunday events)
2:30pm – Wrestling begins for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior States Wrestlers
5:00-6:00pm – Weigh ins For ALL VIRGINIA STATES (Sunday) – Late registration $60
Everyone must wear a singlet or shorts for weigh ins- do not attempt to weigh ins with undergarments please.
All Friday or Saturday weigh ins count for Sunday's Super States
IF YOU WANT TO BE IN BOTH THE FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORE OR JUNIOR EVENT ALONG WITH THE SUPER STATES, YOU MUST LOG IN AGAIN AND REGISTER AGAIN, BUT BE SURE TO SELECT THE 2024 VACW ALL VIRGINIA STATES EVENT THAT WILL BE ON SUNDAY ONLY.
